Examples of important information you can include in your request:

• What steps were involved to produce the issue/bug
• What platform services affected? (ie Monza, Silverstone, etc)
• Public websites links (ie thebordermail.com.au)
• Reported date and time (Regularly or Intermittently?)
• Website or App? Desktop or Mobile? (Browser and OS versions)
• Story examples: Include Silverstone link and/or website link (/story/NNN/)
• Screenshots/Examples with related information
• Prepare and attach your Text, Links and Images for content change requests
• Alternate contact details. Eg Phone or Mobile
If more information is provided initially, it will speed up the resolution process as less time is spent collecting this information after placing the request.
